MORNING SCHEDULE - ACADEMICS
At the elementary level we offer a program of individualized instruction within a small group for students in grades one through eight. Instruction emphasizes reading, mathematics, writing, personal forms of authorship, book making, literary development, study skills, and thinking skills. This program also creates the desire to read, motivates the student to learn, and builds self esteem.
AFTERNOON SCHEDULE
THEMATIC ACTIVITIES, ARTS, SPORTS, - N - NATURE
Thematic Units, Art, Sports, and Nature Study within our outdoor nature center and woodland areas. Each week is based upon a certain theme. For example, one week’s activities may center on medieval times and another may pertain to wildlife. Literature, content study, art activities, sports, and games are all included in the thematic activities.
- Students bring their home packed sack lunch
- Fee charged for late pickup
Design your summer program to fit your schedule.
Choose a 2 to 6 week program .….Weeks do not have to be consecutive.
ACACIA HIGH SCHOOL MONDAY through FRIDAY, 8:30 - 12:30
We require testing for all new students.
High School students attend to improve academic skills, receive test preparation instruction, learn rapid reading techniques, increase computer knowledge, and/or take courses for High School credit.
